The Cupwheel Mini-Arrow is the most aggressive in our range. It is designed for heavy-duty grinding on hard concrete as well as for the rapid removal of tough coatings , while offering better control than PCD tools, which are known for their extreme aggressiveness.

Its design with angled, arrow-shaped segments (~10°) ensures efficient penetration into coatings and irregularities. This geometry allows for simultaneous dual action: stripping and grinding , ideal for jobs requiring rapid surface preparation, even in challenging conditions.

The Mini-Arrow excels on sticky, heat-sensitive or fouling-prone materials, offering superior performance compared to traditional cupwheels.

Available in 5" and 7" , both with integrated thread.

🔧 Technical characteristics and behavior

• Ultra-aggressive arrow-shaped segments for a deep cut

• Less risk of clogging than a standard cup wheel

• Works on hard, medium or rough concrete

• Coarser grinding and reduced lifespan (compared to Turbo models)

⚠️ Points to consider

Due to their high aggressiveness, Mini-Arrow segments involve:

• A shorter lifespan

• Slightly reduced stability

• A tendency to rebound ("jump")

• A rougher finish

They can remove thick coatings, but do not replace the power of a PCD when the objective is extremely fast, massive removal.
